Full Refund Scenarios
- In a situation where the company is yet to assign the writer and meanwhile the customer plans to cancel the order, in this situation he can claim a full refund.
- In a situation where the customer has placed the same order twice or has paid for single order twice, the excess 100% amount will be refunded back to the customer.
- All of the partial or full refunds will be made in the form of credit funds that will be added to your personal user account. These credit funds can be utilized in your new orders.
Filing Refund Request through Proper Channel

If the plagiarized content exceeds the standard 15% limit, only then your revision request can qualify.
- In a case where the mistakes are caused due to the data provided by the customer, company will not stand liable for these very mistakes already present in the supporting material provided by the customer. This is the obligation of student to counter check and authenticate the data to be provided to the writer for inclusion in his paper.
